Worried for nothing...
The Dr.'s office called me back today (after hours, I sat all day waiting for the phone to ring). There's nothing for me to worry about, the way the wording was in the report just had me nervous, but it was basically talking about the calcification and the narrowing of the spine, I had assumed that all of that was better after surgery, guess maybe a little but not compeltely, I donno it's all complicated to me.
I can't sleep!
Okay,
It's been forever since I've blogged, and I'm all wound up all over the place. oooo I have one (1) follower, thank you Kristen! :) FT is back by the way... PHEWWWWW I wonder if they'll give us our requests back? I haven't checked. Well I just logged in earlier to check the results from my CT scan last week and it seems like the spine is narrowing more, and there are more spurs, flex range is the same I think. So now I'm going to call the Dr. in the morning and see what to do next. Last year, I had the surgery on C3,4,5, well now they say this... I'll just paste it instead of explaining it sheesh lol

Stanford
It's been awhile since I've posted. (btw K10 no, the laptop isn't fixed yet... it freaked out during re-install)... ANYWAY.... I called Stanford today, as I have an appt on Monday. Since I'll be out of town this weekend, I wanted to see if I could be seen this week. For the last couple weeks or so, I've been in a lot of pain in my neck, shoulders and part of back. Well the stupid receptionist jerked me around, I was so mad! She fumbled around and said I didn't have a set appt next week, to which I said yes, I made it when I was there in July. After a few seconds of more "fumbling", she said, "actually, I didn't want to scare you, but Dr. Ryu's out of the office this week." Uhmmm EXCUSE ME but she scared me just by saying I didn't have a scheduled appointment! I basically had to go through hoops just to finally be able to talk to the nurse. I should have taken note of the (?)'s name so I could have reported her. I talked to her later as the nurse and I were playing phone tag, but I couldn't tell you her name to save my arse. Why are people so stupid? Especially when working in the medical profession?
It seems like I usually have a problem with Stanford, aka one of the best medical systems in the US. Grrr I don't get it! I know, this is another bitch blog, sorry. :(
